We had recently experienced major issues with Spark Xtra email accounts that had subscribed to our organisation.
We now know that Spark had marked our email as spam and your email address was one of the nearly 290+ xtra email addresses that ended up hard bouncing because of this.
Mailchimp have advised for us to have all affected Xtra email account holders to confirm subscription by completing the below form as Mailchimp will not allow us to re add you to our mailing list.
You can also google the below contact details to show that the details are legitimate or contact me directly to confirm that this is legitimate and not a scam.
